A course to transmute + alchemize energy and emotion so it releases out through the body.

  • Finding all the things you need to let go of + work through to move forward

  • Working through fear in a positive way

  • Let yourself know it’s safe to have fun, to allow love in + to explore

  • Reparenting your inner child

  • Allowing yourself to take up space + keep your heart open w/o sacrificing your boundaries

  • Responding instead of reacting

  • Healthy expression of emotions (esp. anger)
